Details/Specifics of Change: At 1615Z on 11/20/23, the Metop-B HEAP products were turned off. The
Metop-B HEAP product quality is inconsistent to Metop-C HEAP due to an
out-of-date ancillary LUT. The science team is working on updating the LUT
in the next delivery. No date for resolution can be made at this time.
