Remarks:
Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery in Mississippi Canyon 20.
 This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly is emanating from the 
Destroyed Taylor Platform, a known leak source. It stretches in an E to 
W fashion for about 5.0 NM. Confidence is HIGH given that this is a known 
repeat leak source.
