Confidence: Medium

Remarks:
Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery in South Pass 28. This anomaly
is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly dimensions were 1.5 NM long by 0.5
NM wide at its widest. The anomaly was amidst numerous oil facilities
and had very good contrast with its background but had no discreet point
source and did not align well with the W winds. There is a possibility
that this could be biogenic material or cleaning agents. Considering all
of the above factors we have MEDIUM confidence in this assessment.

Uncertainties:
The anomaly could be biogenic material or a cleaning agent.
