Remarks:
Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed
as oil. The anomaly was approximately 12.5 nm, in length, extending to
the east with an average width of 5 nm. A High confidence was determined
given that the point source is a known repeated leak source. The anomaly
exhibited good contrast against the ocean background and was distinguishable
from its surroundings. The anomaly appeared bright white in sunglint,
which is an indication of possible thicker oil.

Uncertainties:
None
