Remarks:
Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed
as oil. Note that the image is over 24hrs old at the time of issuance.
This anomaly was in the same area as NRC #1210627. The possible slick
was mostly linear and stretched northwest to southeast for 2.5nmi with
a width of 0.5nmi. The central part of the feature exhibited a bright
white appearance that was likely indicative of relatively thick oil. Winds
near the time of the image were from the north at 5-10kts.

Uncertainties:
The origin of the anomaly and the full spatial extent.
