Remarks:
Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed 
as oil. The anomaly measured 10.99 NM in length and 3.64 NM in width.
Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is Medium-High. The anomaly had 
high contrast with the surrounding area and well defined edges. The anomaly 
had several areas exhibiting feathering. The anomaly had several sharp 
turns indicating that it was not a natural seep. The anomaly was located 
amongst several oil facilities and pipelines.

Uncertainties:
There are several known natural seeps located in the vincinity of the anomaly 
and a point source could not be identified. The area of the anomaly is 
an approximation.
