Remarks:
Possible oil seen in satellite imagery located approx. 117 nm SE of New 
Orleans, LA. The anomaly is centered in the Mississippi Canyon area in 
block #640.. The anomaly is measured 117 nm in length and 2.27 nm wide.
  The anomaly exhibits a silvery appearance in high resolution imagery 
and its shape is jagged and shows feathering to the west.

Uncertainties:
Since the anomaly’s point source is unknown but maintains a consistent 
pattern as being oil, the confidence level is medium high
