Remarks:
Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed
as oil. The anomaly seemed to emanate from the sunken barge that is slated
for recovery by a vessel salvage company (NRC #1212987). The anomaly stretched
approximately 0.72 nm SN and 0.8 nm in width. It was distinguishable from
any natural phenomena in the area. Winds were from the south at 5 kts.

Uncertainties:
There are no uncertainties given that the sunken vessel has been reported.
