Remarks:
Possible oil seen in satellite imagery located approx. 97 nm SSW of Lafayette,
 LA. The slick is measured 4.6 nm in length and 0.86 nm wide. The anomaly 
shows a silvery appearance under sun glint in high resolution imagery.
 And its shape is widening and feathering with distance.

Uncertainties:
The anomaly doesn’t appear to have a connected point source but there 
are several oil platforms that can be seen located approx. less than 2 
nm SW from the southern most point of the sheen.
