This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly is believed to be an oil slick emanating from the oil facility it was visibly connected to. The anomaly was approximately 0.55 nm N-SSE and 0.06 nm in width. The anomaly was black in color and distinguishable from any natural phenomena in the area. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the NW between 5-10 kts. Ocean currents near the time of the image were moving S at 1 kt. Both winds and ocean currents aligned well with the orientation of the anomaly.
