This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. This anomaly was detected in International waters approximately 360 NM East of the North Carolina/Virginia Border and 92 NM East of US territorial waters. The anomaly measured aprox. 7.51 NM in overall length and 0.42 NM at its widest point. Winds were 10 kts out of the West. Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is High. The anomaly appears to be a bilge dump from a suspected vessel. The anomaly appeared to widen with distance from the suspected vessel and had high contrast with surrounding area.
