This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. It was believed that the anomaly was emanating from the known Wreck 1487. The anomaly was approximately 14.12 nm oriented E-W and approximately 0.21 nm in width. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the NE between 10-15 kts which aligned well with the orientation of the anomaly. UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly was not visibly connected to the point source. Although there was natural phenomena within the vicinity, the anomaly had moderate contrast to its surroundings for it to appear out of place.
