This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was black in color, and was likely to be a bilge dumping since it was connected to a boat in the north end. The anomaly was 7nm long and 0.1nm wide. The wind was 10kt from NW. UNCERTAINTIES: Some natural stripy features were present in the surroundings, however, the anomaly appeared to be emanated from the point source.
