REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was directly connected to two possible oil facilities. The anomaly was approximately 11.49 nm oriented SE-NW and 0.10 nm in width. Although there was natural phenomena within the vicinity, the dark colored anomaly exhibited moderate contrast to its surroundings.



UNCERTAINTIES: Winds near the time of the image were coming from the SW between 5-10 kts which did not align well with the orientation of the image.
