This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was directly connected to two possible oil facilities. The anomaly was approximately 11.49 nm oriented SE-NW and 0.10 nm in width. Although there was natural phenomena within the vicinity, the dark colored anomaly exhibited moderate contrast to its surroundings. UNCERTAINTIES: Winds near the time of the image were coming from the SW between 5-10 kts which did not align well with the orientation of the image.
