REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 1.70 NM in length and had a maximum width of 0.10 NM. Winds were 10 kts out of the ESE.

Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is High. The anomaly had high contrast with the surrounding area. It aligned well with wind conditions at the time of the image. It widened with distance from the suspected point source, the sunken vessel Cudahy, a known repeat leak source.
