REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. ***This report is associated with NRC# 1317833*** the slick was dark against the surrounding environment and was linear in shape. The slick was approximately 6.10nm in length and approximately 1.42nm at its widest point. Winds near the time of the image were between 10-15kts out of the north which aligned well with the feathering signature of the slick.



UNCERTAINTIES: The oil pipeline was in the vicinity of the slick, which could indicate it was the point source.
