REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly had a sharp contrast to its surroundings and aligned well with previous anomalous observations. The anomaly measured approximately 24.4 nmi long in its longest piece. It measured approximately 2.3 nmi wide at its widest. The full extent of the anomaly is uncertain because some edges are diffuse and become mixed with features in its natural environment. Winds at the time were from the north at approximately 20 kts.

UNCERTAINTIES: The full extent of the anomaly cannot be determined due to natural features and satellite imagery artifacts. Winds were on the high end of ideal for observations, possibly creating some of the surrounding noise and false positives. In addition, the satellite image quality was somewhat less defined, thus creating uncertainty in the full extent of the anomaly.
