The area of possible oil was approximately 5.8nm in length and 0.5nm in width. The possible oil appeared to be emanating from the destroyed Taylor facility. The area was dark in satellite imagery with good contrast against the ocean background. Confidence remains High due to the repeat nature of the suspected source.
