Polar data outage on April 2

SOCC is making every effort to restore normal Wide Band communications
from the CDA's to SOCC. As of 1830Z, Polar data flow resumed in a test
mode. Gaps have been observed in the data. Normal operations will
resume as soon as possible. Plans are to recover missed data.

In accordance with the Satellite Operations Control Center (SOCC)
relocation plan and schedule, SOCC reports that on April 2, 2002, at
approximately 7:30 EDT, SOCC will disconnect their DOMSAT equipment and
relocate it to their new computer room. They expect this to take 2
hours, but complications may prolong the actual move time. Any missed
