*Details/Specifics of Change:*
The following update of the visible calibration coefficients are recommended for:

NOAA-16 AVHRR

Ch_1_lo = 0.05437*count - 2.096, count<498.96
Ch_1_hi = 0.1587*count - 53.93, count>498.96

Ch_2_lo = 0.05872*count - 2.218, count<500.16
Ch_2_hi = 0.1730*count - 59.37, count>500.16

NOAA-17 AVHRR

Ch_1_lo = 0.05512*count - 2.206, count<501.12
Ch_1_hi = 0.1618*count - 55.68, count>501.12

Ch_2_lo = 0.06665*count - 2.617, count<500.73
Ch_2_hi = 0.1984*count - 68.69, count>500.73

Ch_3_lo = 0.03191*count - 1.345, count<501.37
Ch_3_hi = 0.2237*count - 97.65, count>501.37

NOAA-18 AVHRR

Ch_1_lo = 0.05150*count - 2.031, count<501.00
Ch_1_hi = 0.1535*count - 52.81, count>501.00

Ch_2_lo = 0.05768*count - 2.272, count<500.00
Ch_2_hi = 0.1731*count - 60.30, count>500.00

on April 11. These coefficients are intended to be optimal on April 25, in the middle of the two scheduled updates.
