Details/Specifics of Change:
On April 16, Information Processing Division personnel confirmed that the residual clock error in the NOAA-17 spacecraft instrument data was around 400 ms resulting in approximately a 3 kilometer along track error in geolocations. Clock drift corrections were turned on at 1655 UTC to remove this error beginning with the following passes. Normal corrections will continue from this point.
