Details/Specifics of Change:
The Satellite Operations Control Center (SOCC) has issued the following
notice: "The daily 24-hour clock updates for the spacecraft listed in the
table below are biased to compensate for the TIP clock drift. These bias
values will be changed on April 22nd 2003 to further reduce or eliminate
average daily TIP clock drift"
The Information Processing Division (IPD) will update our clock drift file
information on the web site to reflect this change. If you are performing
your own clock drift adjustments, please make note of this update and adjust
accordingly.
