Details/Specifics of Change:
On April 20 at 1014 UT, the Metop spacecraft payload module shutdown all instruments. Eumetsat is investigating and expects all instruments to remain off throughout the weekend. A review will be done on Monday, April 23. Eumetsat expects to begin turning instruments back on by Monday afternoon (European time). A schedule will be provided. They expect to turn on AVHRR first and then AMSU-A.
