Details/Specifics of Change:
It was noticed that channel 7 appears to have a problem which affects all
detector views (warm, cold, and earth views). In an effort to partially
correct the problem, we will open the cold target calibration limits to
stop data gross filtering. A further problem exists in the calibration warm
target view causing the counts to go to saturation (exceeding maximum signal
limit of 32767). No adjustments can be done. Users should be cautious
when using Channel 7 data at this time. A second notice will be issued
identifying the specific time and orbit when the above adjustments were
made. We continue to investigate the anomaly and will notify you of any
changes.
