Configuration to high speed dwell on the HIRS filter wheel motor current for 2-5 minutes and then returen to normal operational mode. This will be done to investigate the HIRS longwave radiometric noise anomaly. During the test period no science and
CPU data will be available. This test should not cause any long term impact. The test will end at 17:43:20 UTC.
