Details/Specifics of Change:
This is a follow-up message to users concerning the level 1b NOAA-N MHS
format. The record length for the 1b format should be 3072 bytes not 3200.
An updated version of this format will be forthcoming the second week of
September 2003. Meanwhile if you use the available simulated data please be
reminded that it uses a record length of 3200 bytes. ( This makes the actual
correction of 3072 bytes rather than 3070)

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS IS "SIMULATED" DATA THAT WAS MADE FROM NOAA-16.
The chief purpose is to run test on the NOAA-N format using actual data .
