Announcement for Turning on Clock Corrections in NOAA-14 &12

Pursuant to the announcement sent out on August 15, 2000, on August 29,
2000, between 9:00 am and 10:00 am local time, clock corrections will be
turned on in the level 1B for all NOAA-12 and 14 instruments. At the same
time, the latest version of AELDS (Advanced Earth Location Data System)
will be implemented in the NOAA-A-J SBUV process affecting the NOAA-14 and
11 Ozone processing.
