Ch_1_hi = 0.1563*count - 53.12, count>498.96
Ch_2_lo = 0.05752*count - 2.173, count<500.16
Ch_2_hi = 0.1695*count - 58.17, count>500.16
NOAA-17 AVHRR
Ch_1_lo = 0.05463*count - 2.186, count<501.12
Ch_1_hi = 0.1604*count - 55.18, count>501.12
Ch_2_lo = 0.06557*count - 2.574, count<500.73
Ch_2_hi = 0.1952*count - 67.58, count>500.73
Ch_3_lo = 0.03129*count - 1.319, count<501.37
Ch_3_hi = 0.2194*count - 95.77, count>501.37
on December 14. These coefficients are intended to be optimal on December
28, in the middle of the two scheduled updates.
