Details/Specifics of Change:
As part of NOAA's upgrade to support future satellite operations, the
current frame sync used by SOCC when processing polar spacecraft data will
be replaced on March 17, 2004. This is an upgrade of the current hardware
and is expected to be transparent to the user community. NOAA systems will
be checked out during this 45 day period. Should we note any problems or
changes you will be notified. We are asking you to examine your product
processing closely when this change is implemented. Thank you for your
support.
