Details/Specifics of Change:
On 11 February around 1800 UTC, NOAA completed updates to the TIROS Bulletin United States (TBUS) to reflect the following:
- Removed NOAA-12 (TBUS08), and NOAA-14 (TBUS02). NOAA12 was removed on 5 February; NOAA-14 removed on 11 February2009
- Established GOES-13 as the third GOES TBUS in the TBUS08 slot. Effective with the daily TBUS update at 0700 UTC on 5 February 2009
- Established NOAA-19 (N Prime) as TBUS02. Completed on 11 February 2009 around 1800 UTC
