Details/Specifics of Change:
Beginning January 20, NOAA-16 AMSU A channel 4 space and blackbody view data began to be gross filtered up to nearly half of the data. Upper limits of 13800 for the space view and 18000 for the blackbody view were exceeded. Under the direction of the instrument scientist, the following changes to Channel 4 limits were made:

(1) Upper limit for space count: from 13800 to 14600
(2) Upper limit for blackbody count: from 18000 to 20000

The first orbits processes with the new limits were:
