Details/Specifics of Change:
SOCC issued the following information bulletin:
The SEMs on NOAA-16 and 17 are not working properly because the gain is too
low. Therefore, on February 4, 2003 (J-35) the SEM TED electron and proton
CDEM high voltages will be reset from Level 0 to Level 2. After this is
done regularly scheduled IFC's will follow. Listed below are the dates and
times for the commanding:

J-35 18:25Z N-16 level changes executed
21:00Z N-17 level changes executed
J-36 06:13Z N-16 TED IFC executed
J-37 06:19Z N-17 TED IFC executed
