Details/Specifics of Change:
Around 1800 UTC, the Information Processing Division implemented a change
to the level 1B preprocessor to fill in missing NOAA-18 MHS telemetry
parameters. To provide these changes, the decommutation routine used in
processing all AIP satellite data was modified. Since, any modification to
the decommutation can result in a change to other instrument data, all
satellites and instruments are included in this notice. The user should see
no changes in the NOAA-15, 16, and 17 level 1B data. Following is a list
of the passes to be processed after the change. Please note that in the
case of multiples or delayed ingests the first pass in sequential data
start time order to be processed is listed here. Other passes with later
times may be received before the one listed.
