Ch_2_lo = 0.05791*count - 2.188, count<500.16
Ch_2_hi = 0.1706*count - 58.56, count>500.16
NOAA-17 AVHRR
Ch_1_lo = 0.05471*count - 2.189, count<501.12
Ch_1_hi = 0.1606*count - 55.26, count>501.12
Ch_2_lo = 0.06627*count - 2.602, count<500.73
Ch_2_hi = 0.1973*count - 68.30, count>500.73
Ch_3_lo = 0.03156*count - 1.330, count<501.37
Ch_3_hi = 0.2212*count - 96.59, count>501.37
on July 12. These coefficients are intended to be optimal on July 26, in
the middle of the two scheduled updates.
