SOCC has announced that the AMSU-A1 instrument will be placed in park mode at warm target for one orbit then return to full scan. This was requested by NASA for HIRS anomaly testing. The instrument will be placed in warm target park mode on July 25 around 1547 UTC on orbit 933. It will be returned to full scan mode on orbit 934 around 1712 UTC.*
