Details/Specifics of Change: There has been an anomaly in the NOAA-17 attitude control system that controls spacecraft pointing accuracy. Beginning tomorrow (July 25) at approximately 1300Z the spacecraft will begin exhibiting yaw errors of up to +/- 1 degree. This is a permanent change.
