Details/Specifics of Change:

The following anomalies of NOAA-16 AVHRR instrument were reported
while performing daily calibration QC monitoring. These anomalies
occurred in the most recent 10 orbits starting with the orbit 1982627.
Lot of Gross filtering occurred in channels 3B, 4 and 5 Warm Black Body
views .
Space view data for Channels 1, 2, 3B, 4 and 5 exceeded the specifications.
Imagery is showing barcode pattern again.
Will provide update on any changes....
