coefficients for the month of August 2004:
NOAA-16 AVHRR
Ch_1_lo = 0.05347*count - 2.061, count<498.96
Ch_1_hi = 0.1561*count - 53.04, count<498.96
Ch_2_lo = 0.05769*count - 2.179, count<500.16
Ch_2_hi = 0.1700*count - 58.34, count<500.16
NOAA-17 AVHRR
Ch_1_lo = 0.05443*count - 2.178, count<501.12
Ch_1_hi = 0.1598*count - 54.97, count<501.12
Ch_2_lo = 0.06554*count - 2.573, count<500.73
Ch_2_hi = 0.1951*count - 67.55, count<500.73
Ch_3_lo = 0.03106*count - 1.309, count<501.37
Ch_3_hi = 0.2177*count - 95.06, count<501.37
To be initiated on August 10. These coefficients are intended to be optimal
on August
28, in the middle of the two scheduled updates.
