Details/Specifics of Change:
The previous notice contained the wrong values for "average daily drift".
Below if the previous message with those values corrected:

SOCC has announced that on June 10, the elapsed time clocks for NOAA-14, 15,
16, and 17 will be updated to compensate for clock drift. The corrections
for each satellite are as indicated in the table below (all values are in
milliseconds).
