provided for your information.
SATOPS Morning Report June 14, 2002
POES
POES engineers are preparing a command macro load to enable NOAA-16 AVHRR
channel 3B coverage over Colorado between 1200 and 1800 local solar time
starting the afternoon of Saturday, June 15. This coverage is expected to
enhance daytime fire monitoring and is being built into the schedules for
the next two weeks. This is specifically for daytime passes over Colorado.
Normal 3A/3B switching will occur.
