Details/Specifics of Change
The NOAA-19 AMSU-A antenna parameters for lunar correction have been determined based on recent lunar contamination data which occurred on 3 May 2009. The new values are listed below. On 17 June 2009, NOAA will implement this change in the NOAA-19 AMSU-A Level 1B operations.
