The calibration coefficient updates for NOAA-16 AVHRR channel 1 and 2 are
as follows:
Ch_1_lo = .05327*count - 2.054, count<498.96
Ch_1_hi = 0.1555*count - 52.85, count>498.96
Ch_2_lo = .05790*count - 2.187, count<500.16
Ch_2_hi = 0.1706*count - 58.55, count>500.16
to be implemented on March 9,2004 which will be optimal on March 27, in
the middle of the two
planned updates.
