Details/Specifics of Change:
Please note that the new date for the operational implementation of the new
1b format for NOAA-15,16 and 17 is now 12 April 2005. This allows an
additional 2 weeks for testing and infrastructure configuration. You should
continue to test and evaluate the dynamic test data currently being
provided. The format with test data can still be accessed at.

Please continue to evaluate this data as this will be the new format for
operations on 12 April 2005. The time will be announced in advance of the
switch to the new format.
