Date/Time(UTC) of Initial Implementation:
13 March 2007 2200 UTC

Details/Specifics of Change:

On March 13, around 2200 UTC, SOCC performed a spacecraft command clock update to adjust for clock drift. The clock error had accumulated over the past 13 months and was drifting out of the desired range. A notice should have come out of our office to all users so they would be aware that this action was going to happen. Somehow it was overlooked. Please accept my apology for any problem this oversight may have presented you.

The procedure was done to subtract 1000 msecs from NOAA-18 command clocks (both CPU sides) to adjust for clock drift over the last 13 months.
