Ch_1_hi = 0.1559*count - 52.99, count>498.96
Ch_2_lo = 0.05746*count - 2.170, count<500.16
Ch_2_hi = 0.1693*count - 58.10, count>500.16
NOAA-17 AVHRR
Ch_1_lo = 0.05462*count - 2.186, count<501.12
Ch_1_hi = 0.1604*count - 55.17, count>501.12
Ch_2_lo = 0.06560*count - 2.576, count<500.73
Ch_2_hi = 0.1953*count - 67.61, count>500.73
Ch_3_lo = 0.03129*count - 1.319, count<501.37
Ch_3_hi = 0.2193*count - 95.75, count>501.37
on November 9. These coefficients are intended to be optimal on
November 27, in the middle of the two scheduled updates.
