Details/Specifics of Change:
NOAA-16 AMSU-A1 channels 9 - 14 are showing degradation. On November 21,
orbit 11161 at approximately 1550Z, SOCC will switch the NOAA-16 AMSU-A1
channels 9-14 local oscillator from primary to redundant. This should be a
no impact change for data users.
