Date/Time of Initial Impact:

Details/Specifics of Change:
Due to a power output anomaly on NOAA-19’s STX-3 transmitter on JDAY 303, STX-3 was removed from all operation schedules. STX-3 transmitter will be turned on manually by engineers for one week for HRPT data transmission test purposes with the following schedule.

Test will start with STX-3 turned on at 11:27Z, 27 November 2012 (Rev 19607).

Test will end with STX-3 turned off at 12:04Z, 4 December 2012 (Rev 19706).

During the STX-3 test, HRPT will also be transmitted by using STX-1 on NOAA-19 to avoid any data loss.
