Details/Specifics of Change:
The static data for testing the new NOAA-N format ( also to be used for KLM
starting in mid January 2005) is now available on website. This data is to
be used to verify the new format. The 1b data sets were created from NOAA-L
orbits of the time period and orbit identified in their names. The MHS 1b
data sets were created from their equivalent AMSU-B data sets. The data sets
are located at ftp://metroweb.nesdis.noaa.gov/pub under the file "noaa-n".
