Details/Specifics of Change:
Attempts to reset the oscillator by toggling between the redundant (PLLO#2)
and primary (PLLO#1) oscillators were not successful. NOAA will continue to
investigate the problem. A meeting to determine further action is scheduled
for tomorrow. We will continue to operate using the redundant oscillator
(PLLO#2). Users will be informed of any new developments.
