Details/Specifics of Change:
On October 3, users reported problems with NOAA-15 channel-3/18 data. The
instrument scientist has determined new gross filter limits to use in
processing the Warm and Cold target data to correct this problem. This
change will be implemented in our level 1B process beginning with the
following passes.
